Prep: Hot wash and thin coating of Noxema.
Soap: J. Peterman 1903 (sample)
Brush: Vie-Long horse hair
Razor: Kropp 6/8 Finishing with 1966 Gillette Slim Adjustable (4)
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue.
Post: Woodspice Post shave balm.
Strop: Invisible Edge Standard Plus.

I started with the kropp today 2 pass over cheeks and side burn area, very successful, so I carried on down my neck and under my lip, whilst this was quite awkward, I think its just a case of getting used to angle and grip on the kropp.

I finished the shave with my adjustable with a new blade that I haven't tried before. The Gillette silver blue was very smooth with no problems what so ever. I think I like this blade but time will tell.

A very nice shave and for the first time enjoyable with the kropp. The adjustable is still my favorite DE. 2 Pass with both the kropp and Adjustable and my face is very smooth. The J Peterman soap is awesome and next time there is an offer on the site I will be adding this to my stash. The lather just erupts from a little of this soap and my Vie-Long seams to love this soap.

Jim (oh excuse the image, I first time using Gimp).
