Shaving recipe for today.

Prep: hot shower:/Cien~Men: Tropical blast Shower Gel & Shampoo / warm wet flannel to my face.

Pre:

Freshwood Brushless Shave Cream .

Brush: Chinese Synthetic.

Bowl Lather.

Cream: Derby Lavender .

Blade: Personna Lab Blue .(0)

Razor:Muhle R41 .

Warm wet flannel/ cold wet flannel to rinse my face.

Post:

Peppermint Oil & Witch Hazel Mixture./ Geoffrey Beene:Grey Flannel .A/S.

A very efficient 3 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report..I'm amazed on how efficient & and yet,very smooth the R41 is once you get over the fear of it's reputation of been fiercely aggressive..I treat this lady with the upmost respect, and get rewarded with sublime shaves..My face is silky smooth & smelling devine.

Blade - Lord Super Chrome (2)
Shave Soap - 3P
Brush - Omega 80265
Post Shave - Alum Block/Nivea Cold Cream

3P doesn't seem to get as much recognition as some other Italian Croaps, but I find it's lather/cushion/glide to be superior to Cella & Vitos. I'm growing to like YingJili Tech more and more. Possibly the easiest razor to use to shave the tricky bit under the nose!

Post: Thayers Rose, Aloe Vera Gel & 4711 aftershave and cologne

I can't go too long without pangs for 4711, love the scent of it and the soap clone. Shame the 4711 doesn't linger for longer, it would be perfect otherwise. Lovely shave, even with a GSB, not my most favourite blade but it's alright.

One pass + touch up DFS. Lost track of how many shaves the blade had on it, so the shave was bit rough, fresh blade for next time round.
Impressed with the Pushbutton, nice weight to it, had it sitting in a draw with other later GEM models and thought I'd give it a try.
