Not much of a shave. Beautiful, ginormous mirror located nowhere near an impractical yet impressive sink. The 7oc Yellow felt like a Lazer. Harsh, draggy, not close. In future, I may stick with disposables when travelling...

Result: Birthday shave. Not, however the relaxed leisurely experience I had envisioned. Nipper awake wanting to play from 1am to 4am put paid to that. Good job the MdC is such an easy to lather soap.

Hoping to manage a curry & a couple of Kingfishers this evening!

Never get tired of NSS Down Home Summer. I'd like to stock up with the Signature version of the same scent but don't have the excuse if still have some original recipe left.
I'm really liking these Personna blades and paired with the ATT gave a great BBS this morning.

After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:

1964 rebranded Macys silvertip fluffmeister
Schick F type injector/Gillette Platinum Plus (NOS)
Beter stick used as soap (NOS)
Malizia Vetyver AS
Malizia Vetyver' EdT

Received this very good shaving stick a while back from a favorite Spanish monkey oil salesman and had cut off pieces to stick in a bowl. About no scent left, which was fine since I have a cold and can't smell anything anyway. Nice performance.

Probably around the 7th or 8th shave with this very sharp old blade and it's just now starting to pull a bit. Time for something new.

Since finding the F type I don't think I've even used another injector.....not even my former favorite one. Crazy how well this silly looking thing fits me.
