SOTD - Juli 30
Pre: Shower and NSS Old Grey Bristle Test Coconut Milk Pre Shave Soap
Razor: ATT SE1
Blade: Feather Pro (2)
Brush: Simpson Case Pure Badger
Soap: P&B Spitfire

Second shave with this fantastic razor. Same blade as yesterday. It shaves extremely close, smooth and efficient. 2 passes and some touch up for a BBS result. The wider head of this razor is a plus. I need less strokes/passes to complete my shave.

I have shaved with the Feather Pro and Feather Pro Light. Can someone tell me more about these blades, Feather Pro Super and Feather Pro Guard. Are they worth buying?

Nice pic by the way.

Hi there, the feather pro super are deeper so more blade is visible, some have said it's more akin to shaving with a straight, however I have never used these so it just what I have been told.
The feather pro guard however I have used, they have stainless steel wires running over the blade thus preventing you from cutting yourself , most people start off with the pro guard blades and then move on to the feather pro. If you feel you are ok with the pro there is probably no need to use the pro guard, the pro super are a step up from the pro but use with care because of the extra blade exposure. Certainly worth buying if you are after that bit more.

Thank you for answering my question. Appreciated.

You appear to be ten days adrift my friend. Easily done though.

Sun 31st July
RazoRock Plissoft 24mm
MWF
PAL Injecto-Matic
Schick S/S single [ 5- Japan ]
Alum Rub & Rinse off
Jaguar Prestige A/S Lotion

Yesterday had an extremely smooth shave with a Schick Adjustable and Twin blade . I got a similar finish today with the PAL, but I actually enjoyed the fact that I had to work a bit harder to attain that finish, and somehow the Razor felt better
in my hand during the Shave.
