Thanks @PickledNorthern , I do like a bit of bay rum. If it's anything like my Bello bay rum a.s, I'll be happy...cheers!FYI, Stirling's Bay Rum is most definitely a bay rum lover's bay rum. It is STRONG. If you are lukewarm about that scent, it may not be for you. I love Stirling soaps, but it was too much for me.

Hi could you expand on what it is like please, only because I've bought two osp that I fancied and upon receiving them realised they were not for me, but really fancy trying a rum.FYI, Stirling's Bay Rum is most definitely a bay rum lover's bay rum. I'll let you know when mine arrives...it can't be that strong. Surely. Can it?...Hopefully someone else will chime in and help me out with this. I am a bad one to comment, because I know that a lot of people who like bay rum really like the Stirling take on it, and I know that I am only so so on the scent in general, so the fact that this one is so powerful throws me off a bit.
Imagine an Easter ham pricked overly full of cloves baking in a small hot kitchen. Then remove any hint of the cooking ham from the scent, and make it ten times stronger. Then smear it on your face.
I am not sure that it is the clove that is so overpowering, or the bay, or the two together, but it is strong.
