Nice shave two small nicks, think I'm going a bit to fast with the razor as it feels so smooth. Getting ready for an old friends wedding.

Good morning Gentlemen,

-C.V. Heljestrand No 31, 5/8"
-Simpsons Chubby 2
-La toja Shaving soap
-Truetfitt & Hill 1805 After Shave Lotion

A special day for me, it is my 39th birthday!
I celebrated the day with my new Heljestrand razor (bought from Robert/UKRob).
What a fantastic razor it is! From now on, I would say that there are two categories of straight razors: the straight razors and the Heljestrand!

@ honey / boab: the connection here was apparently blocked by some source or authority; we tend to believe it was not government. Regardless, TSR access was blocked and it was not the forum's server (or hosting provider) that was causing this.

Razor: Fatip Piccolo

Professor Blighty's Soap Week Day 5

After raving about the Professor's soap all week, today was a disappointing shambles. For some reason the lather started to collapse and only barely made it through 3 passes. I may have not loaded enough soap on the brush before bowl lathering, but I reckon 4 superb lathers to 1 mediocre one is still pretty good going.
Shave was consequently a bit rough and some neck irritation afterwards.
You can't win 'em all.

Enjoy the sun while the sun shines.
