Up in North Wales and getting in a bit of alone time. Circular walk from up Cnicht, across to Llyn Edno, and back down the valley. Now for dinner, a beer, and a bit if tele. I love the holidays!

Great shave, Sending the razor to a Jack for a test drive, i had to give it a go so i dont miss it to much while its gone :).

Not too sure how many shaves I have had out of this blade this could be shave 2 or 3 I guess I will find out on my next shave.
 
Loving the Digress, the shave has had about 7 mins knocked off, I can do it a lot faster with this razor - plus the Russian blade (for me) seems less aggressive than the Feather and it's better for it.

The Rubberset Boar picked up a ton of the Arlington cream so I ended up accidentally making a ton of lather which I was flicking at Mrs R in the bath - does that make me a bad person? Not quite BBS but close enough for jazz.

Result: Nick just below my left ear this morning - I haven't seen as much blood since I played rugby. And it wouldn't stop until I applied with a steri strip I had in my case. All good now. Still loving the Figaro. At the moment I'm just rubbing a small chunk on my face, à la shave stick, and it is wonderful stuff.

Lovely result, DFS, Loving the slant more and more with every use.
 
Last night, in a rush, Noxzema cocoa butter foam and the CJB kamisori, two passes (only soaped for the first), well under five minutes. Perfectly acceptable.

First time using the OSS and I thought it was going to be really mild after reading other people's thoughts on it but it shaved beautifully. I used the OC for the first pass WTG then the CC for XTG and ATG and got great BBS results. Definitely not as mild as some say and more bite than the SK9 that I had tried before. Now to try it with my UFO Kaiser short.
 
Well today's weather forecast see me with some indoors jobs to get done. So no shave today. Now Thursday is a different day and a step into the world of the infamous Muhle R41 Open comb razor (Kindly on the PIF Rotation). I will have to decide what blade and cream to go with but perversely I really looking forward to it. Report to follow.

The Rocket/Polsilver combo works a treat for me too. Really good shave.

Splash : Proraso

Same setup for 2 days on the bounce but ditched the Racer afterwards. I like these blades but never seem to push them to a 3rd shave.

Really liking the Simpson, starting to understand why they are so popular.
