My first impressions of this soap aren't great but it's possibly user error.
The brush gets better with each use and no tangling issues to date.
The 1924 loved the freedom a longer handle gave it.
So, apart from dissipating lather, a very enjoyable shave was had.
Happy Shaving one and all.

Maseto Memphis 2 Band Finest
Yaqi DOC
Gillette Silver Blue (3)
Boots Cool Cologne Shaving Cream
Thayers Rose, Myrsol Emulsion & Floid Mentolado Vigoroso

I can't remember when last I used the Boots cream, a long long time ago. It is essentially liquid, when I put it in my bowl I had no expectations, after a fair amount of work and water it made for a superb lather, very surprising how good it was. Maybe not as protective as an upper end cream but it covered all the bases and did a good job for the price (£1.29). Not noticably mentholated despite the name.

First shave with the DOC and a GSB, a clean comfortable shave, one tiny weeper on my chin but trouble free aside from that.

Blade: Proline #1
Razor: General Aluminium Head with ATT SS Atlas Handle.
Bruh: Razorock 400 Aluminium Handle with TGN 2band Finest Bulb Knot
Soap: Saponificio Varesino 70th Anniversary Edition
Post: BBA PSB
Cologne: D R Harris Arlington

When I used the Brass General on a pass around I had mixed feelings with the weight of the razor but I loved the shave it gave me so I have configured the alu head with the SS handle and I have just had a wonderful 3 pass BBS shave with it. Teamed up with the best blade out there "Proline" YMMV, it was so smooth and effortless. By using the weight of the handle and the head just touching my skin I am irritation free.

A big thank you must go out to @Acer89 who replaced my synth knot for a TGN 2band. These are amazing knots. With only my first use it has lovely soft tips, great backbone and a tremendous amount of flow through.
I am pleased to also report not a single hair was lost. Outstanding job James. :)

S.V. Soaps are up there with my favourites along with the BBA Balm.

Finished with a refreshing splash of cologne.

Enjoy your shaves! :)

Tue 27th Feb
Omega 11137 boar
L'Occitane Cade Cream
Mongoose B3
Kai Captain Mild Pink ( 8 )
Puig Quorum A/S lotion

Not so much growth to deal with today after a Stellar Shave with the ATT SE1.Chose a cream today rather than soap, that proved to be a good decision as the Cade really worked with the Razor/Blade combo. The shave was really pleasant being easy and comfortable, and though not my favourite blade the finish was more than acceptable. Bonus was that the Cade left my skin feel very refreshed post Shave.
