My Shave today consisted of...
Prep Hot shower & Proraso preshave.
Brush Highlander LE2023 Boar.

Blade Feather Pro Super (2)
Aftershave Stirling Haverford splash.

Second outing with the Feather Pro Super and after yesterday's rough start, I was ready to pop back in the Titan mild again if there was a repeat performance.
Thankfully the blade had indeed smoothed off and today's shave provided a lovely smooth shave that could have just been a one pass but I went for the usual two pass.
I feel today's nice shave had a lot to do with finally being happy with the feel of the Vector in my hand as it no longer felt like a tiny pencil and was completely comfortable, just goes to show you sometimes have to just use it for a few days to get it dialed in.
The headshave was cut free this time and clean and smooth.
I smell fabulous and happy so that just leaves me to say have a great evening everyone.

It's a strange knot, it's an Oumo unbleached boar. It's a completely flat top with a long loft. I've not used it a lot of times and I think it will become very floppy eventually, but it has pretty decent backbone for the time being.

It's a good knot, but I find myself most reaching for my smaller Omega boars the most.

Nice shave tonight, comfortable and smooth. Razor and blade seem a good match and I’d forgotten how good Proraso Red is. Excellent outcome with no problems.

Tried lathering Savonnaire du Moulin hard soap with this big two band badger but zero luck so switched to the almond soap which easily created enough for a head and face shave twice over. Good shave and finish.
