Strange, in all the Lidls I have visited the prices etc have been marked in English. How are they making it difficult for you to use the shops near you?
Lidl is great for some things:
- Nuts (the packets of pistachios are fab, and big!)
- Laundry detergent and softener. The concentrated liquid is as good as any I've used, and the jumbo box of powder is very good too.
- Dishwasher tabs - buy the basic ones and get the salt and rinse aid separately. Seriously, I've used expensive Finish multi tabs and the results are as good if not better.
- The ice-cream, particularly the chocolate one with chocolate bits in it.
- The Inferno frozen pizza - very hot!! And great value.
- The dark chocolate bars (75%) - yummy
Not everything is good though, but well worth trying. You might be surprised.

Apparently Lidl are selling an Edt called X-Bolt by G Bellini, Basenotes give it a very good review and call it a Hugo Boss Bottled clone.

They've started doing an edt called x bolt. Smells just like hugo boss boss bottled. One spray of each on each arm and my wife couldn't tell the difference
