Thats the only reason I'm getting involved. I have 7 pairs of socks to my name and they are now all Sunday socks (Holy)! I can but hope for a kind member to replace them. Perhaps with some Tabac and 500 Derby Blades haha

It's like I'm talking to myself!! Yeah, some Tabac would be swell and those 500 Derbys would go nicely with the 50,000 my Secret Santa sent me along with socks one year. Now that was a riotous Holiday time!

Look on the bright side though, the Derby's would help shred your face so badly that you would have that new layer of skin ready for the new year. The Tabac would sting the nostrils and keep even the drunkest of ladies away from you and in turn saving you a fortune in buying drinks and allowing easy access to the bar as everyone in the pub parts like the Red Sea, whilst your feet are all warm and cosy at the same time. Win win for everyone!

Apart from the drunk ladies that is haha

Just in time for our 1st snow! It's 3C now going to 0C tonite:)-(

Morning: ice on cars. Hills covered in white.
Friday: think Santa came. Now -1C going to a high of 8C. Think the central heating is going on tonite.
Friday nite: 8C now going down to 0C again. I hate winter! Oh wait, its only Oct! Oh, I hate October!

Can't believe I just noticed this; I was just wondering the other day when it would be started. Thanks Tufty, and also to French Blade who started this noble tradition. Can I be excluded from the 'shaving related' rule please? Also no knitting needles, incontinence pads, lavender bags, long johns, hot water bottles or bed socks......or whatever else you might think a woman of a certain age might like along those lines. On the other hand, plastic surgery vouchers will be most welcome.

Thanks for the link Tufty; i was only joking though, can't afford it. From his f/b page, he seems to specialise in breast reduction? That's not my problem, just in need of a complete head to toe overhaul.
As for body armour underwear, I did actually try on such an item prior to my daughter's wedding, what with the pressure of being mother of the bride and all that. Got it off as quick as possible so as I could breath again.

Hello all last push on the secret Santa now there are forty nine names on the list. Iam
going to pull the names next weekend which should leave plenty of time to get sorted.

Just need one more person to make it a round number.If you would like to start Pm ing your name and addresses over the week that would be great.

To keep things simple the Secret Santa list of will close next Saturday.
I will give the thread a bump the first week of December so we dont all forget to post off our parcels.
