Height wise they are the same. The bottom though on mine is wider on V2. Also I think there is a slight optical illusion due to the ridges extending across the bottom.

i'll keep my eyes peeled for it! been on holiday near you the last couple of years, Gt Torrington. and when i was younger i used to go to Barnstaple on holiday every year to see my nan. ah the delights of instow beach!

Yeah good old Instow beach. Some nice views over to Appledore, it's nice there too, sat on the quay with fish n chips. We spent many holidays here before moving here and we love it here.

Been in the local museum where they have loads of local pots. This includes a few pieces from the same pottery these bowls were made. Harry is the father of the potter who makes our bowls. The son Nick uses the same technique as in this photo. Apologies for the poor shot but the light levels are right.

What a great little shop. Spoke to them last week and they agreed to make me a bowl to the same specifications less engraving and send to sunny Shropshire
