Today's theme isn't immediately apparent. It's supposed to be Christmas in July Eve, the point of it is to use a soap that you received as a gift from another participant. This is actually a tricky one for us in the UK as the vast majority of the people doing it are in the states. Luckily one fella stepped up to help out, he threw in this Toscana, a couple of Noble Otter samples, and a custom Soap sample from Summer Break Soaps that was made for the Rookie of the Year last year. Very generous, I reciprocated and sent a good number of different soaps that they can't get from over here as well. All good fun!

For the photo treasure funny, again not obvious but I'm reaching here. I had to get a pic of air, how on earth do I do that? I was going to use a can of compressed air and just blow the gear around, but rather than wreck my gear I instead opted for smoke, least part of it is still air!

This stuff is getting worse!

Have a good one all.

Cheers

Marc

An absolutely stunning photo

And to think you can have a tab while shaving makes it even more impressive

Greetings,

Early morning shave,

(Face & Head Shave.)

A wonderful performance from Parker Variant...The LEA shave stick providing a good acceptable slick lather and a great post shave with no drying out on my skin in between each pass leaving a good post shave feel.

Despite no longer having any tallow, it does have lanolin, and all shaving soaps & creams that contain lanolin my mature skin loves.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

My face & precious swede are feeling smooth & smelling divine.;)

Keep safe, and enjoy your day ladies & gentlemen.

I love this soap & matching splash scent!
Took a chance with this Ebay razor. I was attracted to the vintage bone scales and the Thuringian edge. Wow...no kidding... today's 1st shave the scale/razor feel was great and the Thuringian edge was awesome-silky smooth yet crisply keen! Very happy with this razor!

Tuesday 25 June

Time for the flat blade vintage oc. Wow that is a close shaving tool! Even with a 5th use blade. I decided to give my face a rest after one wtg pass and then only applied very careful pick ups.
Ach Brito Mogno soap, one of my old original brushes reknotted synthetic and said Gillette 7 o’clock 5x blade completed the shaving ensemble this morning for a near as makes no odds bbs finish.
Have a great day fellas, summer is here (well for a few days anyway :ROFLMAO: )

The Perma-sharp feeling really smooth in the Athena today. I decided to face lather the Tabac today and produced easily enough for 3 passes, i only completed 2 full passes with some touch-up for a comfortable BBS finish.
Enjoy your day all.
