I have tried both the D1 and D2. I found the D1 milder and sold the D2 on.D1 is very similar to the basic EJ I had.

What a coincidence this thread came up as I've been using my Sensor during the week because of a lack of time. I'm getting an equally smooth shave in about a third of the time. I agree that its a better result with the sensor due to the prep and technique that's developed since using de.

A pair of jeans that fit well and are good quality, will last you years (no wearing during the week for work) and only get better with every wash. So £50 isn is really a reasonable cost.

Another impressive piece. Just how many have you down? Must have taken some man hours to complete, how long does it normally take you and do you have all the kit to complete these jobs or is it something you do when you're with your tutor?

The horse hair brush from Bestshave is a bit hit and miss, the first one I ordered was great, the following two weren't. Both were very thin and felt very cheap and nasty, so got binned. Not good enough for a pif even.

Have you got a picture angled to show the top cap? as this can be somewhat blemished on previous plating jobs I've seen. Also, how much did it cost, as the website doesn't provide any pricing. Thanks

Great offer, and superb razor to begin with. I just bought one from the bst as I pif'd my first years ago and want to use one again.

I wouldn't want to wear a £150 watch unless I was going to the office.

The use of 'as' instead of 'has', brought instead of bought, of instead of have. This list could go on and on. Also the growing use of text speak when posting. All of which i have seen on the forum recently. :icon_rolleyes:

I'm on the hunt for new pants. I tend to do a bulk buy when the sales are on. I looking for snug boxers that are comfortable. £30 a pair is more than I'm prepared to pay. Please report back your final choice.

RE: FS Vie-long Two Band Badger Brush Olive Wood Is yours the 16727 model, as the pics look slightly different on the handle, the bottom being tapered on the one in the link. Just an observation.
